No outside food or drink allowed beyond the Main Entrance of Barton Orchards.  Food for infants is allowed.  Otherwise NO EXCEPTIONS you are allowed to tailgate or picnic in parking field.  This rule will continue to be enforced in 2008.
	There are no pets allowed at Barton Orchards
	No alcohol is allowed onsite
	All produce that is picked must be purchased
	No unpaid merchandise or produce is allowed into the parking lot.  Shoplifters will be prosecuted.
	No climbing the apple trees
	Stay out of areas that are closed
	Those under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 21 at all times.
	Produce on our farm should only be handled for the sake of consumption after paid for.  We will not tolerate the throwing, squashing or any other behavior that renders the produce unfit for consumption.
	The abuse or misuse of our facilities will not be tolerated.  Those found to be out of compliance may be asked to leave our farm
	We reserve the right to check bags as you leave or enter our farm
