The farm has rules and security checking bags and backpacks. Why?

Barton Orchards has rules for your safety as well as liability. Venues open to the public should provide a clean, safe environment. Our security asks to check your bags. This is posted on the website and upon admissions. Theft is unfortunately an issue. Personal food and bottles are not allowed onto the farm. The farm spends months planting and tending to provide bountiful crops at great expense to cover a short harvest season. Our staff thrives on making your visit an enjoyable one.
