Rules & Regulations
All climbers must weigh between 60-275lbs, and be able to reach a minimum flatfooted height of 72″. (No exceptions!)
Gloves will be available for purchase for $3 each at check-in.
Masks are required any time social distancing cannot be maintained.
You will be required to complete a waiver prior to beginning the course. This should be completed prior to your arrival. If you have children that are climbing, a waiver must be completed by their parent or guardian for each climber under 18. (Click here to sign waiver)
Climbers under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult, including check-in, at the safety orientation, and also while climbing. Adult must be a parent or guardian 18 years of age or older to sign their waiver.
NO dogs allowed
Tickets must be purchased online in advance. Walk-ins cannot be accommodated.
Climber(s) must check-in 30 minutes prior to their scheduled climb.
Climber(s) acting in a manner that compromises their safety, other climbers safety, or the safety of the staff, will not be tolerated. This includes damage to the property or equipment. Such instances may result in the removal of the customer(s) from the property without refund.
No alcohol allowed on premises
Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance of the scheduled climb for a full refund. Cancellations made 24 hours in advance will receive a half refund. Anyone that schedules a climb and does not show for their appointment will not be refunded. Please understand that spots are limited.

What is the address for Tree Top Adventures?
During non-festival days of the year, we ask that our customers’ check-in at the farm, located at 63 Apple Tree Lane, Poughquag, NY 12570. Climbers check-in at the farmers market located in the midway.
When are your festivals?
Click here for a Calendar of our festivals. During these dates, check-in for Tree Top Adventures will be at a different location: 176 Beekman-Poughquag Road, Poughquag, NY 12570. This is to keep the festival crowd separate from groups trying to climb. Please note that admission to Tree Top Adventures does not include entry to the farm festival.
What if I’m late because of traffic?
We understand that some circumstances are outside your control. However, we hope that you plan for traffic and potential unforeseen delays so that you arrive 30 minutes before your climb to check-in. If you are late for your climb, we will do our best to accommodate you, but it will depend on how late you arrive and may shorten your climbing time.
